Q: Do I need to send in my waist size before placing in an order? 

 

A: The waist beads are uniquely made in such a way where it is "one size" fits most. Each string is 47-54 inches long. Please visit the Instagram page and take a look at our" Beadlovers" Highlight, there you will see beautiful women in different shapes and sizes.​

Q: How do I customize an order?

​A: The beads are uniquely made in Ghana, West Africa, so for now, we are not taking customize orders but in the near future, we will.

Returns & Refunds

There are no returns or refunds on our jewels. Please make sure that you are ordering exactly what you want along with the quantity.

Payment and Shipping

​Please give up to 24 hours after placing an order to receive your shipping confirmation. Shipping takes 3-5 business days. This does not include weekend orders and holidays. If you place an order in on the weekend, please give us 48 Hours to receive your shipping confirmation and an additional 24 hours to receive your tracking information.

 

To ensure that there are no delays in shipment, please provide the correct number and address. If your address is an apt please provide the apt number. If for any reason, you provide an incorrect address, that will be on you and not us.

LOST OR STOLEN ITEM

Please keep in mind that BEADSMEAKOS is not responsible for any lost or stolen package (s). If your package is lost or stolen please have the tracking number ready and file a claim with the shipping company ( ex: FEDEX, USPS,UPS …). You have 48 hours from the initial arrival date to email us. In the email please include your full name, address, the tracking number and a picture of the items that were stolen so that we can also file a claim on our end. Allow us 48 hours to respond back via email.

Disclaimer:  Our string beads are authentically handmade in Ghana, West Africa and our elastic waist beads are authentically handmade in Nigeria, West Africa. Unlike our traditional strings beads, our elastic beads expand.
